Medication Forms – If your student requires medication at school, please turn in completed medication forms and medication in the Main Office. ALL students are required to get their picture taken at no cost for an ID card

Here is the Picture Order Form:

Kaiser Studio Optional School Picture Package – You may order and pay online at: www.kaiserstudio.com. The School ID Code for Boulan is 2526BOULANMS. Enter the ID Code and follow the prompts.

Purchase Athletic Pass – OPTIONAL. You may pay for an athletic pass to high school sporting events at both Troy High and Athens. You may prepay on School Pay or checks are payable to Troy School District. The amount is $50. There will be an A printed on your student’s ID card representing Athletic pass. Please make your child aware of the purchase so they receive the A the day their picture is taken.

Go to your PowerSchool parent portal to login. Once in PowerSchool, there is a box with an arrow in the upper right corner. Click on that box and SchoolPay will be one of the choices in the drop down menu. Utilizing PowerSchool to access School Pay will automatically link your purchases to your student.

Breakfast & Lunch Information

Breakfast and Lunch will be free to all students during the current school year.

Although meals are free this year, students will be able to deposit funds to their account to purchase snack items, extra entrees, etc. Lunch accounts can be paid on through MySchoolBucks.

Additionally, there will be Free and Reduced Lunch applications available soon. These forms have been used in the past to help qualify students for free or reduced activities such as athletic team and club involvement at a free or reduced rate.

Individual Student Insurance Information

Troy School District is not responsible for any accidental injuries that occur to students while under the school’s supervision or participating in interscholastic sports. Our School District has partnered with Student Assurance Services to give families the opportunity to purchase accident insurance for their student(s). When enrolled, this coverage provides financial assistance with your out-of-pocket medical expenses should your student sustain an accidental bodily injury.

Reasons to consider coverage for your student:

Your primary health insurance has a high deductible – copay – coinsurance.
No other insurance on your student.
Your student participates in a sport where unexpected injuries commonly occur.

Athletics Information & Dress Code Policy

All 7^th and 8^th graders participating in interscholastic athletics in the current school year will need to register in FinalForms, where all athletics-related forms will be signed by a parent for the upcoming school year.

All athletes will need to have a physical performed AFTER APRIL 15, 2025 uploaded to Final forms BEFORE the first practice.

Due to increased costs to run a robust athletics program, fees will be changing this coming year. Middle School students will pay $100 per sport for the first two sports, with the third sport being free. Please DO NOT pay this fee until you have confirmed that your child has made the team. The household maximum remains at $600. Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch are eligible for a waiver from the Pay to Participate fee. Parents must complete and submit the current school year application for free/reduced lunch.
